Concierge 360 is a culmination of the founder, Michele Hughes’, life events – many of which were unplanned and unforeseen. Her 20 plus years in healthcare as an occupational therapist have exposed her to the growing, and numerous, daily needs of people across all ages. Michele realized that her patients needed more than just therapeutic techniques and exercises to return to the life they previously had. Through the World Coaching Institute, Michele became a certified professional coach. She utilized these new skills to help her patients get “back in the game.” However, there was still a need for certain assistance that couldn’t be provided through therapy or coaching. Sometimes people just needed an extra pair of hands, or somebody to run an errand, or to take care of those things that they just didn’t like to do. As a breast cancer survivor, Michele has a desire to share her knowledge and empower women who are going through their own diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Again, she recognized the need for help with daily errands and household chores. Day after day, Michele came across at least one person who needed this type of assistance. The defining moment, when Concierge 360 was conceptualized, was during the holidays in December. A close friend and small business owner was too busy to go gift shopping, wrap presents, or decorate the house. Instead of the holidays being a joyful time, it became more stressful. All of the dots were connecting. There was clearly a need for a service to provide support to people in order to improve their quality of life. We are all so busy and most of us don’t have time for what we most enjoy. The personal attention and service you will receive from Concierge 360 will give you time to live the life you want.
